Just so you know, we are experiencing delays in returns processing, and return credits may take longer than usual to be issued.
Are you having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! You have 15 days from the original ship date to make returns on eligible items. Returns can be made by mail. Check your invoice, email confirmation, or the Orders page to confirm your item is returnable.
- Le Réussi® 's products may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Returns on items received after these periods are accepted at our discretion. Late accepted returns would be subject to a partial refund of 50% store credit of their original sale prices. This will appear on your orders page as Late-Return Fee.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, and gift boxes when applicable.
- Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
- Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
- Please note we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a re-seller, or bulk purchaser is final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.
RETURNS YOUR WAY
Returning an item is simple! You can pick your return method to start the simple process.
Send your item(s) back to us.
The customers should cover the return shipping fee.
When we receive the product(s) and check the product status to see if the clothes are unworn, there is no perfume smell, hangtags are attached, etc., we will start the refund.
- If you placed your order using guest checkout, you could send your item(s) back to us by visiting Guest Returns by emailing Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If your guest order was shipped outside the U.S., email Customer Service at email@example.com to initiate your return.
- Gift refunds will be issued as a Le Reussi Gift Card redeemable online at lereussi.com.
- To receive a refund for the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item to the mail.
- Returns to the Le Réussi® store will be refunded to the original payment or gift card form card.
- Refunds for orders purchased with Le Réussi® Gift Cards will be issued as a Le Réussi® Gift Card and emailed to the signed email address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons. We strive to give you the best value; we encourage you to shop around.
- Refund payment will be processed to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
