How your appointment works

  1. Choose how to meet. Open the appointment page and select an available Houston or virtual appointment option. If you cannot find a suitable option, email info@lereussi.com.
  2. Tell us what you have in mind. Share the pieces you like, your usual size, preferred fit and any wearing date. Bring questions about layering, length or how a piece could work with your wardrobe.
  3. Compare fit and silhouettes. We will help you review the relevant product details and measurements. For virtual guidance, have a measuring tape and a similar garment that fits you well nearby.
  4. Choose your next step. Select an available ready-to-ship piece or one of the six designated made-to-order styles. Confirm any requested adjustment with Client Services before ordering or arranging alterations.

Virtual fit guidance

If you are outside Houston, a virtual session lets you discuss the same product and styling questions. Start with the Size Guide and the measurements or fit notes on the individual product page. Tell us if you are between sizes or plan to layer a jacket over a blouse or dress.

Ready to ship or made to order?

Ready-to-ship pieces are available inventory in the options shown on their product pages. They do not require made-to-order production. Explore the Ready-to-Ship Edit and the individual product’s available sizes.

Made to order applies only to these six Houston-made styles:

The current production estimate for these six styles is approximately 1–3 weeks before shipment. This is production time, not an arrival estimate; transit follows. Cashmere & Knitwear is not part of the made-to-order collection: the current knitwear pieces are made in Italy and offered from available inventory.

Fit support and alterations

Each Made for You piece includes one complimentary fit adjustment under the product’s fit-support terms. Houston clients may arrange an alteration through Le Réussi; eligible alterations by a local tailor outside Houston may be reimbursed up to $50 with a receipt. Contact Client Services first to confirm eligibility. Do not assume the same alteration service applies to every ready-to-ship piece. Altered pieces are not eligible for return.

Production, delivery and returns

Under our current Shipping Policy, ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. U.S. standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment; express transit is estimated at 1–3 business days. Production must finish first for made-to-order pieces. These are estimates and may change during holidays or carrier disruptions. If you have a fixed wearing date, discuss it with us before ordering.

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. The First Piece Promise covers eligible Made for You pieces: first-time customers may request a refund without a restocking fee, and returning clients may request an exchange or store credit.
