Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order and pre-order items require additional production time.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 USD.
  • Orders under $100 USD ship at a flat rate of $9.99 USD.

Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available within the United States for a flat rate of $25.99 USD.

Estimated delivery time:
1–3 business days after shipment.

Please note that express shipping speeds apply after order processing is completed.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier availability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • VAT,
  • and additional international fees required by their country.

Le Réussi® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.


Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Shipping

Products marked as:

  • Pre-Order
  • Made-to-Order

have separate estimated production timelines listed on the product page.

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, items may ship together unless otherwise arranged.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Le Réussi® is not responsible for:

  • lost packages due to incorrect addresses,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • or packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us at info@lereussi.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Le Réussi® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather,
  • carrier disruptions,
  • customs delays,
  • holidays,
  • or unforeseen logistical issues.
