Plan production, shipping and returns

Ready to ship means the available item does not require a made-to-order production window. Under our current shipping policy, ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. U.S. standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment; express transit is estimated at 1–3 business days. Express shipping changes transit, not production. Seasonal processing and carrier delays can affect these estimates, so we do not promise arrival by a holiday date.

Eligible gift returns are issued as store credit or a digital gift card; refunds to the original payment method may only be issued to the purchaser. Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. First-time customers purchasing eligible Made for You pieces are covered by the First Piece Promise; returning clients may request an exchange or store credit under its terms.
