The First Piece Promise

First-time Le Réussi® customers may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund on eligible Made for You pieces, with no restocking fee. Returning clients may request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How long does production take?

Approximately 1–4 weeks, followed by shipping.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary on Made for You orders. Expedited and international shipping are excluded.

What does the fit adjustment include?

One complimentary standard fit adjustment. Houston clients may arrange an alteration through Le Réussi®. Outside Houston, an eligible local alteration is reimbursed up to $50 with a receipt. Please contact Client Services for approval before alterations are performed. Redesign and made-to-measure work are excluded.

Can I return my order?

First-time Le Réussi® customers may request a refund on eligible Made for You pieces within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee.
