FROM IDEA TO A SMALL FIRST RUN
One-to-one support with sourcing, development, patterns, samples and a small first production run.

Support identifying material options that suit your design, target cost and intended quantity, subject to supplier availability and minimums.
Translate your concept or existing designs into a practical development brief, construction direction and sampling plan.
Pattern development, fit samples and agreed revisions. Grading and size-range requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
A limited run based on approved samples and agreed specifications, with quality checks and delivery milestones defined before production.
Brief and feasibility review → development and costing proposal → sourcing, patterns and samples → written sample approval → confirmed production order and delivery plan.
Minimum quantities, development fees, per-unit prices and lead times depend on the garment, materials, number of styles and size range. Development and sampling are quoted separately from bulk production. Materials, revisions, pattern deliverables and ownership are agreed in writing.

Yes. The work is designed for early-stage fashion founders with a specific decision or business challenge. Start with a strategy session if you need direction before committing to a longer engagement.
Yes. Small-batch development and production is a separate, quote-based service. We review your designs, product category, materials, quantities, budget and timeline before confirming feasibility, scope and minimum quantities.
We can work on your wholesale readiness and outreach approach. Buyer introductions are not included, and commercial results depend on your product, market and execution.
Advisory sessions are virtual, with Houston meetings by arrangement. Production projects have a designated point of contact for communication, milestones and approvals, as defined in your project scope.
