Job Description:
Le Réussi® is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in Houston, Texas. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a strong background in sales and the fashion industry to help us expand our brand in wholesale and grow our retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in wholesale and retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, buyers, and key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Le Réussi®'s market presence.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
- Provide monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the executive team.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time in person at our Houston, Texas location.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
