A Letter from the Founder
Le Réussi® was not created from comfort.
It was built in the in-between — between who I was and who I was becoming. Between the life I left and the one I was building from scratch in a country where I had to learn everything again. A new language. A new culture. A new version of myself.
I came to the United States carrying ambition and very little else. I had already built a company in Vietnam at 25, growing distribution across multiple cities. I thought I understood what it meant to start something. I did not understand what it meant to start over.
In Houston, I earned my MBA while raising a family and rebuilding my professional identity from the ground up. Those years were not graceful. They were honest. And they taught me something I could not have learned any other way — that the women I most admired were not the ones who had everything figured out. They were the ones who kept moving anyway.
Le Réussi® was born from that understanding.
I did not want to create another fashion brand. I wanted to design for women in the middle of their own becoming — women who are building something, overcoming something, or simply deciding, for the first time, to take up space. Women who do not need to prove their worth, but want to feel aligned with it.
Every piece we make is intentional. From the fabrics we source — Japanese jacquards, Italian-milled textiles — to the silhouettes we cut, we think about real life. How a woman moves through her day. How she transition from one role to another. How she wants to feel when she walks into a room.
Our designs are not about trends. They are about presence.
Le Réussi® means "the success" in French. But to me, success has never been a destination. It is the act of rising — again and again, with intention.
This brand is my story. But more than that, it is a reflection of yours.

A trend brand. A fast fashion label. A brand that makes something because it sells. We make what we believe in, in quantities that respect the craft.
Who It Is For

Craft — Every piece is designed with intentional construction, considered silhouette, and fabrics chosen for how they feel, move, and last.
Responsibility — We manufacture in Houston with local talent and source internationally only through vetted partners. We offset our shipping emissions on every order through our partnership with Carbon Direct.
Community — Through L'Atelier Privé, our private client program, and our Clothing Proclamation Program — which accepts donated garments and returns store credit — we build relationships that extend beyond the transaction.
